We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The outstanding WiFi allowed us to stay connected with family and friends back home during our whole trip. Additionally, the airport pickup service was excellent and the driver was really friendly and drove safely. The hotel also offers free tuktuks that are always available to take you around the city, which was really helpful for us when we wanted to visit all the popular restaurants and night spots. The staff was very accommodating too, since they allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we headed off to see the marvelous sunrise at Angkor Wat. Lastly, the location is perfect since it’s close by to the city’s nightlife and restaurants, and it’s quiet at night even during hot afternoons when most guests were out visiting temples.
Nothing not to like.

Friendly staff, good tour service (you can access tuk tuk for all day for Angkor temples). Snack bar, complementary fruits. Give the paper with story on night.
Location could be better. Towel was little bit dirty, but it was changed for another.

The hotel provides free tuk-tuk rides to the night market from 6 pm to 9 pm. the hotel staff is always on time when you need a tuk-tuk to take you to witness the early morning sunrise at the temples. the breakfast offered by the hotel is very good and made to order.
The hotel location is not very convenient, as it is not close to the city centre nor to the temples.

New, quiet, clean, staff kindly. They have free tuk-tuk service in the evening for transport-return to the city center. It is a good hotel with a good ratio quality / price.
A little far from city center. However, they have free tuk-tuk service in the evening and solve partially that problem. There is no lift, so it is a little tired to climb to your room if it is in a level higher than the second or three foor.

Loved the birthday surprise, friendly airport pickup, great overall experience, free tuk tuk to night market, recommended Apsara dance, spacious and comfortable bedroom.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Nice pepole working in the hotel. Room basic but clean, good value for the price.
There are some lies on the web pages. There don't rent motorbike, and no bikes! The location is not in the city center, 10 minutes by tuk tuk, while Angkor eat is 30 minutes away.

extremly friendly and helpful staff (especially the current trainee was super-commited), great services regarding transfers (to and from the airport, to the temples, etc.) and board (drinks, cool towel and snacks upon hotel entry / packed breakfast for early birds who want to see the sunrise at a temple, etc), large rooms with comfy king size beds

The hotel is located on the main road which makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. the staff are quite friendly and welcoming.
The language barrier can be quite frustrating, as many staff members do not speak English fluently. the restaurant options are quite limited, which can be difficult if you're looking for a variety of meals.

Staff is extremely helpful. Small touches like fruits and refreshments in the lobby, local story printed on scrolls left on bed, massage in the room, free tuktuk ride to night market/pub street etc... make it a truly wonderful place.
Tuk tuk to town is only free until 10pm though.

I recently stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, complete with refreshing drinks and cold towels. The staff were consistently polite and professional, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The rooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the good facilities available, such as the hair dryer in the room and the strong wifi signal throughout the hotel. The attention to detail was evident, with the hotel even surprising me with a small cake and candle on my birthday. The breakfast provided was satisfying, with the option of having fried eggs that were cooked to perfection. All of this was offered at prices comparable to those in the city center, making it a value-for-money choice.
All was just perfect.

I really appreciated my stay at Gloria Angkor. Staff is great, always looking after you, offering water and snacks any time you come back from outside. They offer free pickup at the airport and free tuk tuk to town, just have to ask them. Breakfast is perfect, you can choose between three sets. Rooms are beautiful and clean, everything inside is new, tv has more than 80 channels.
The bad points about Gloria Angkor is that it is located far from town, even if the tuk tuk is free, it is not very convenient. There is nothing around the hotel if you don't want to go to town, the first restaurant is still 10 minutes walking. Considering the heat in siem reap, we were really missing a swimming pool (they will have one next year). Still recommend this hotel, great value !

The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. The price quality is very good. Clean and convenient room for little money. Free Tuc Tucs to the center in the evening. Breakfast was fine.
The only disadvantage was that there was a lot of door slamming, which woke me up now and then. But this was the second night, when the hotel was more occupied.
